Registration

Upon a booking request made through our web page or email we will check availability and send you an offer and confirmation by email.

After your approval of the offer, you will receive a confirming email from us and an invoice covering the deposit. Your registration is binding when the deposit is payed.

Cancellation must be done in writing (Email). Not paying the deposit will not be a valid cancellation.

 

Deposit

The deposit is 2000 NOK per person. An invoice with the remaining amount is due 45 days prior to departure.

When the registration happens less than 45 days prior to departure you will receive an invoice with the total amount. This invoice will have an immediate due date.

 

Price - Corrections and changes

We reserve the right to change our prices due to unforeseen events and regulations. You will get a written notification by mail if any changes occur, no later than 30 days prior to your departure. 

 

Travel Insurance

It is important to have a valid travel insurance with cancellation coverage. The terms and conditions vary between the insurance companies - we urge you to check what terms and conditions your travel insurance company has.

 

Cancellations

Cancellation more than 60 days prior to departure 

  •   You will be charged an admin.fee of 500 NOK. 

Cancellation 45 days - 16 days prior to departure

  •   You are entitled to a 50% refund of the total price

Cancellation 15 days prior to departure or failure to show up

  •  No refund. 
 

Cancellation due to illness

We urge our guests to make sure their travel insurance has a cancellation coverage. Please check with your insurance company.

 

Luggage transfer

Your luggage will be transported between set destinations. This allows you to send equipment/clothing etc. that is not in use while you are riding your bike. We transport one piece of luggage per person.

Valuable items (money, jewelry, camera, passport, credit cards etc) should travel with you at all times. Use of luggage transfer is at your own risk. In case of damage or loss, your travel insurance should have coverage. 

 

Complaint and deadline for complaint

If you have a complaint, let us know right away. If the complaint is regarding accommodation, food or other you need to notify our office immediately. Failure to notify us will deny you the right to claim compensation (Norwegian law on package tours: Pakkereiseloven)

You must notify us about any complaint no later than 1 month after your tour is over.

We reserve the right to change the tour and written program. 

 

Illness/Allergies

If you have any illnesses or allergies, you are obliged to tell us so when siging up and prior to departure. This is for your own safety.
